The Leatherman is very nice and the engraving is excellent. But, what stood out was the customer service. This was a present ad I'd not allowed quite enough time for delivery because I hadn't taken the engraving into account. I emailed to get a delivery date, as I was starting to panic, and without any persuasion from me Marc, very kindly upgraded the delivery to "next day" at no additional charge. That's the sort of thing that makes a company deserve to do well. Thanks Marc.

At first glimpse it looked a lot wider and bigger than my current leather case. But on fast arrival to my house its just right. With extra sections for bits n bobs. At a fantastic price and free delivery I couldn't say no. I'll be back again in the future for more.

This is without a doubt the best brand of its kind on the market. I have had one of these for many years and it has given me excellent trouble free service. I bought this for my daughter and she is thrilled to bits with it.

AMAZING! I gave mine as gift to one of the Egyptian captain I worked with. And I immediately bought a new one. Incredible strong and useful. Light, easy to keep with you and beautiful to hold in the hands. I simply love it!
Fantastic bit of kit! Not only is it small and lightweight but you can tell there's some real build quality gone in to it! I would definitely go for the cx model everytime, in my opinion the blade is not long enough to warrant a cerated edge and would be too difficult to sharpen, and the stronger steel blade with the cx is well worth it in my opinion! Well worth the money!

Absolutely Brilliant! Really sturdy tool! Lots of really handy bits. The blades are especially good for slicing and dicing. It's looks so cool in black too :) If you're after a Leatherman... buy this one!

I bought the original Leatherman tool about 20 years ago and it has served me well, but this is a SERIOUS step up. If you can live with the extra weight, this may be the last multi-tool you'll ever have to buy. Buy it, use it, love it!

An attractive, sturdy little tool built with everyday use in view. Just holding it in your hand, the weight and quality is so evident you can’t but get a little warm feeling inside as you nod and think "that its money well spent". Robust and easy to use you will be amazed how much it comes in handy. Small enough for the average pocket, before you know it will become part of the stuff you just need to have with you always. Phone, Wallet, keys, Juice S2. "Right all present and correct". Its got all the features you would expect to use for all those little jobs and scrapes each day. Am in amongst a bit of DIY around the house just now and saw these being made on a TV programme and thought this would be a really useful thing to have. I have only been using it a few days but already I can see what a superb tool it is and so handy! It takes a few minutes with the instructions to see what everything does and once you get that sorted it is first class. Very solid and will last for ever I am sure - really pleased so far and would recommend it to anyone.

Arrived in good time considering the bank holiday weekend that i ordered it over. Have used leathermans for years in my job in the forces but sadly lost my 25 year anniversairy edition leatherman wave so needed a replacement. After browsing online came accross this model of leatherman and was even more pleasantly suprised when it arrived with the added bounus of having free engraving to which i added my surname and service number. NICE TOUCH thank you. Although the pouch that it comes with is slightly large for this style of leatherman its not a big issue to be honest and is suitably made to fit to the general issue belt for service life for daily use. Great product cheers.

A superbly designed tool. Ideal for taking out on motorcycle trips for side of the road repairs. The vice grips work smoothly and solidly and the screwdriver bit slot is a real bonus feature, as is the wire stripper.
brilliant tool i take mine fishing with me every trip! the uses are endless. had the old version stolen along with fishign tackle. had to get another as it was extremley usefull while fishing! this new model has a couple of extras that the older 300 model didnt have. BRILLIANT!
I am the owner of the original Leatherman multi tool and the Charge ALX (?) but in my work at an exhibition construction company the Skeletool compliments the others perfectly for jobs at work, around the home or as part of your leisure toolkit. Everyone should own a Leatherman multitool of any specification they just allow you to react to any given situation that requires a tool. Top quality kit.
Ingenius bit of kit that just slips easily into the elasticated back section of my nylon pouch. make hardly ant difference to the bulk since I have the supertool 300. It also allows you to use regular hex bits. I was so impressed that I also bought the full set of extra tools.
I bought this product after speaking to my work colleagues who has the same model and they spoke very highly of it. I was not disappointed when it arrived. Value for money as I believe you get what you pay for. Only criticism is that the screwdriver bits that came with it are imperial not metric but other than that I'm very pleased and would definitley reccommend this model to my other work mates that haven't got a Leatherman.
well the leatherman Charge AL is more than i excpected the quality of finish and general feel of the tool is great i had a juice s2 before this and i was pretty happy with that but compared to the charge its rubbish every tool and blade is smooth to operate right from the word go (unlike the juice) all the main blades are shimmed with brass looking bushes and the blades are razor sharp so all in all the charge AL is faultless.
Quality tool, main blade is nice to use. Should last me years.
Perfect for work as it saves me carrying a knife and a crosspoint screwdriver. Bought to replace a knife broken by being used as a screwdriver. I have a multi-tool but this is much more compact and still does the essentials.

Bought as a gift for my brother for his birthday (late December). Had a play with it and now a bit jelous 'cos despite having the large multi-tool myself, I'd like the Crunch too! Love the personal touch where you can get an engraving - saves someone nicking it and claiming that it's theirs. Well worth the money.

The knife is very good quality, blade is razor sharp! Its light weight and feels comfortable in your hand. more so when the belt clip is removed. Blade launcher can be a bit tricky but if you point the blade towards the ground and flick your wrist then the blade will extend fully and lock into place. I have used this knife many times in work and fishing e.t.c and its still very sharp. The clip and bottle opener work fine. The knife is very sturdy and im sure it will last me a long time.

This is a truly remarkable all purpose tool to have with you when in the bush. The knife on it's own is so sharp you could comfortably have a shave with it. it's built very well too, heavy and very sturdy. It could take quite a bit of hard graft out in the bush.
